I've seen the suggestion in several forum postings that UseTasks data can be "exported" for use in other applications using the RSS feed.

Using the RSS button from within UseTasks, I have managed to add an item to the Bookmarks menu in my Firefox browser that is entitled "Tasks for All Users &amp Groups".  It appears to list all of the tasks currently stored in my UseTasks database. But I don't have a clue what to do next to get the tasks and the associated notes, links, etc. into an app such as Excel on my computer.

What are the steps I must follow next?

Now that you have the data in XML format, you can convert it to whatever other format you need using appropriate tools. I think there are a number of approaches that might work here, though I don't know if Excel supports RSS as a format.
