Hello,
On the Tasks description website, it says that I can create tasks via email. How can I do that with the Usetasks.com service? That's a big thing for me because I'm on the road so much and need to quickly create tasks without too much effort.
Can I easily mark my tasks done with a Blackberry?
Is there any easy software that would allow me to sync the ical with the blackberry?
Thanks Christopher

Hi Christopher--

Here is the documentation on how Mailboxes work:
http://crowdfavorite.com/tasks/document ... ilbox.html
The steps for this are the same on Use Tasks as with Tasks Pro or Tasks.
| Can I easily mark my tasks done with a Blackberry? |
Yes, using the mobile interface.
| Is there any easy software that would allow me to sync the ical with the blackberry? |
Assuming you mean iCal the software, you can subscribe to the Tasks Pro/Tasks iCalendar in iCal, then sync that to your BlackBerry.
In addition, here is a blog post I put up on this topic:

Email box was configured and log in was successful. Have not received any messages since this connection was established. Invoking the transfer returns:
"Mail has been retrieved from your mailboxes and 0 task(s) were created"
Suggestions?

This is most commonly a need to either check the box to allow anonymous task creation or send the email from an email address associated with a user in Tasks or Tasks Pro.

Anonymous task creation is allowed. The email addressed is the same as that associated with UseTask.
Also, I'm unclear as to what mail is received (when working). Is this only the unread mail? Those un-accessed" by UseTask?

All mail is retrieved, tasks are created as appropriate, and the mail deleted from the mailbox.

No go. Set up an alternative source, tests fine, has messages, still not working.
Suggestions?

Are you using a free account from FastMail or something else?

Used my cox.net account as a test. Also the Google Apps account is hosted on godaddy. The google apps is an IMAP, cox.net a pop account. The Task is hosted by you folks. Also, turned off firewalls, etc. No go.

As long as the mailbox login test works, everything should be all set.
