Version: UseTasks (online)
Severity: Critical
When I attach a 10 mb zip file to a task and click on "Save", the task disappears and immediately an error screen appears saying "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading". I'm using FireFox as my browser. Other smaller files CAN be attached to the same task with no problem.
1. Is there a maximum file size for attachments to tasks?
2. If not, please help
3. Is there a maximum amount of disk space allowed per account or per user?

I'll need to check with the server admin, but I believe the server config should allow for a 10mb file upload. What is the maximum file upload size setting in your Admin > System Settings?

The server was set to 2 mb, after an upgrade a while back. I have changed the config to 10 mb. As for "max" disk space, depending on your account you have a set amount (you can check in out on the home page), from there we can upgrade to as much as you want.

Thanks very much. My "Maximum file size allowed" was actually set at 1 mb. I didn't know about that.
I love this software. It is the best I've come across in years. I run an IT consulting firm and TaskPro is perfect for assigning and tracking tasks given out to my sub-contractors.
