What happens if I don't pay my bill?

If you do not pay your bill within 14 days of your invoice being issued your account will be suspended.  At that time, you will not be able to login to your account and you will need to pay your bill for your account to get reactivated.

How am I notified that I need to pay my bill?

Use Tasks sends all notices and invoices to the email address that was used to sign up.

IMPORTANT: Use Tasks billing related emails will come from billing@austindev.com, please ensure that any SPAM filtering allows that address.

You will receive an email on the due date, then every 2 days, until your invoice is 7 days over due, then you will receive 2 notices, on the 3rd and 5th day, before account suspension.  Then finally you will receive an account suspension notice. 

It is your responsibility to get your "account holder" information up to date.  To get more information on how to update your billing / account information, please see this FAQ entry.

What happens to my data, will it be deleted?

Your data will remain intact for at least 3 months.

When will my service be re-activated after I pay?

Once your bill has been paid service will be restored within 10 minutes.

UPDATE:  Starting May 20th, 2008 we will be permanently deleting canceled and past due accounts that are 90 days or more old.
