Here's what you need to do:
1. Go to our billing system:
https://secure.austindev.com/clients/
2. Login using the email address that you used to register your usetasks.com account.
3. To get your password, you will need to use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
4. Once in the system, click on "My Finance" (top menu).
5. Click "[Pay Online]"
6. Click on the invoice number that you wish to pay.
7. Once the invoice has appeared you can either
a. Click on the "Pay Now with PayPal" button to pay one time with PayPal
or
b. Click on the "PayPal Subscribe" button setup subscription payments (auto pay).

IMPORTANT: Do not directly send payment to Austin Web Development, you must use the billing system, or the payment will not get credited to your account.
