Hi,
Great to see a hosted version. Can you explain your security set-up? Will my account data be stored in the same database as other customers? Or is some form data separation occuring.

Each account has their own database and database user (which only has access to the account database).

Can you explain further about your data security? For example, what kind of firewall/anti-hacking procedures do you use? Also, what kind of physical security is on the server to keep unauthorized people from accessing my data. Finally, I noticed that the SSL security certificate seems to have expired. Thank you.

As far as physical security, the servers are in locked cabinets in our data center, which has 24x7 security, badge only access to the facility, and security camera that are monitored locally and remotely.
As far as the firewall/anti-hacking measures; I cannot go into too much detail (for security), however the servers are firewalled and we use various IDS and BFD software to ensure that the servers are not compromised.
