Thank you! I wasn't receiving payment notices because of a spam filter. Will change my payment method to credit card to avoid this happening in the future.

We have received your email with the transaction ID's, and your account has been re-enabled and credited for the extra payment. 

In the future, please do not send direct paypal payment, as we have no way to "automatically" associate that with you Use Tasks account, you must pay your bill via the invoice.

Chris is the guy to handle this, but from what I gather above it sounds like the following happened:

- You opened 2 accounts: awibowo and inspira
- You requested the awibowo account be closed on June 22, and it was closed
- Chris closed the inspira account at your request in this thread on Aug 25

Since you opened 2 account and only sent in a cancellation request for 1 account back in June, that is all that was cancelled. We continued to provide service on the account you did not cancel until Aug 25th as Chris notes above.
