How do I know if there is a new version of Tasks?

There are several ways to stay up to date.

  1. Assuming you have it enabled in the Server Settings, going to the about page will show you the version of tasks you are running and any new releases (with download links).
  2. You can join the Tasks Yahoo! Group and receive e-mails when new releases are posted. You can choose to receive 'Special Notices Only' if you only want to get major announcements like new releases.
  3. The Tasks dev-blog has the latest news on my Tasks and Tasks development.
  4. The Tasks news page will list all new releases.
