Use Tasks is a collaboration between Crowd Favorite and Austin Web Development to offer Tasks and Tasks Pro™ as a hosted subscription service. A synergy of two groups doing what they do best, Austin Web Development provides the server, bandwidth and billing services while Crowd Favorite provides the software and associated systems.
About Tasks
Tasks™ is a powerful hierarchical web-based task manager. Tasks is ideal for someone who uses more than one computer (home/work/etc.), you can access your tasks from wherever you are. Use the iCalendar to see a date view of upcoming tasks, or even access Tasks from your wireless PDA or cell phone.
About Tasks Pro™
Tasks Pro™ adds polished multi-user capabilities to Tasks. Perfect for groups and teams, group members can collaborate with each other sending tasks back and forth. Whenever tasks are assigned or completed, e-mail notifications are sent to the task's owner. Group members can use the RSS feeds to monitor progress on specific projects or just to keep track of what is happening in the group in general.
About Crowd Favorite
Crowd Favorite, Ltd. was founded by Alex King. Alex is an 8 year veteran of the Silicon Valley boom days who relocated to Denver, CO in 2004. Alex has been doing web development since 1996. He spent several years designing and building web sites before interest in user interface design brought him into the software industry. From 1999 through 2003 Alex worked for several enterprise software companies designing the user interface for their web-based applications.
